The last couple of night have been exhausting. All three kids have been keeping Wayne and me up the entire night. When I'm dealing with them in the night I'm literally so tired that it hurts to keep my eyes open. It seems like the minute I get one settled back in bed, here comes another one! I think I got a total of 3 hours uninterrupted sleep last night. Wayne finally went in Owen's bed and I took the girls in bed with me.
It all started on New Years Eve when Ashton came down with a cold. Now they all have it, and poor Gracie has it the worst. She wakes up crying in the night because she can't breath :( And tonight she started wheezing again. Now it seems that we are back to square one with her pulmonary issues. I'm going to call her Pulmonology Specialist at the University in the morning and see what they want me to do. I'm sure they will increase her inhalers, or maybe even put her back on the neb every 4 hours.
We last saw the specialist down at the U of M in early December and at that time she was doing great, so he reduced her medication. We have a follow-up appointment scheduled April 1st. It such a bummer to see her so sick. I feel so bad for her :(
