Living my dream...

Here is a little something I bet nobody knew about me... I LOVE PHOTOGRAPHY!

I've always had some interest in photography, but never pursuit it until now. Of course I would try to capture the "perfect" shot with our "point and shoot" camera, but couldn't achieve the look I was after. I never expressed my interest in photography to Wayne until recently when I was looking at a professional photographers blog site. The pictures were so clean and crisp. Seeing them inspired me!

Being that I'm new to the world of DSLR cameras I did A LOT of studying online. I would stay up into the wee hours of the morning reading about shutter speeds, aperture and ISO. And that only touches the very tip of the mountain!

I'm going to live my dream...

I'm pleased to announce after MUCH thought and consideration I purchased my camera! My goal is to become a professional photographer. Don't scoff, it WILL happen, I guarantee it! I am well aware it will take a ton of time and practice, all of which I'm excited for. Hey, I already have three adorable models. And their rates are fairly reasonable, one candy bar and a couple of cookies, and they're good to go.

I will be starting something on our blog call "Picture Of The Day" (POTD). I will attempt to post a picture I've taken everyday. That will give you an opportunity to see my progress as I live my dream.

Oh, and please excuse my lovely outfit, I was in my PJ's. The night I brought the camera home I was up until 4:30AM! I know, I'm CRAZY!
