Owen played his last hockey game on Saturday. It was really neat, they turned off the lights in the arena, shined a spotlight on the kids and announced each player as they skated out on the ice through a wall of smoke. Owen thought it was awesome, skating through the smoke was his favorite part. Then after the game the kids were awarded metals. This Friday we are going to his end-of-the year hockey party with the team. And then on March 29th the hockey association is holding their banquet.
I've decided to try and spend more time learning the "in's and out's" of my camera. Last night I was up late reading the manual and finishing a photography book I bought a while back. There is SO much to learn! And I'm such a donkey when it comes to learning to things. I'm a hands on learner, so its hard for me to retain the information when I just read.
